Court dismisses drugmakers’ appeal on rebate related fines

An appeal by Yuhan Corp. Hanmi Pharmaceutical and Choongwae Pharmaceutical against the Fair Trade Commission (FTC)’s decision to impose fines was dismissed by the Supreme Court.
