Court dismisses drugmakers’ appeal on rebate related fines
An appeal by Yuhan Corp. Hanmi Pharmaceutical and Choongwae Pharmaceutical against the Fair Trade Commission (FTC)’s decision to impose fines was dismissed by the Supreme Court.
The court said on November 25 it dismissed an appeal by these pharmaceutical manufactures against the FTC over fines refund, adding the FTC made a correct decision against illegal rebate.
