Merck Korea files patent confirmation trial over Cozaar Plus

Merck Korea says it filed to the KIPO a trial to confirm the scope of patent right pertaining to Cozaar Plus against Yuhan, Hanmi, Samil, Hanlim, Chong Kun Dang, Dong-A and Yongjin.

The Cozaar Plus patent is to last until June next year.
