The Seoul KPA finally selected 17 wholesalers for the PMCC on Feb. 29, which included Sungbuk, Seshin, Myungsung, Baekwang, Yungdeungpo, Sungil, Songam, Jungsoo, Wonjin, Shinyung, Samseung, Kyungrim, Hanshin, Yupoong, Boduk, Shinduk, and Songi.
