12 drug companies including Dong-A earlier raised a lawsuit to the court against the KFDA, claiming that the KFDA's registration cancellation on charge of the alleged bio-equivalency test fraud be unfair, and the court has accepted the re-test of the bio-equivalency proposed by the industries.
