Mr. Kim Chang-yup who was named as the 4th new HIRA president, said in the inauguration ceremony at the auditorium on July 28 that the HIRA policy and project should be made on the basis of all evidences.

President Kim will take the top post from July 27, 2006 to July 26, 2009.
