Lending acts on license for dispensing oriental drugs are illegal

A pharmacist, who lend his license for dispensing oriental drugs to the others in the absence of pharmacy, should be subject to administrative disposition due to the fact that such lending is regarded as the lending of pharmacist license, according to the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
