Returned small package drugs are headache for wholesalers

Wholesalers in Seoul are in dilemma on how to deal with small-packet medicines returned by pharmacies, although the Korean Pharmaceutical Association (KMA) asked for the Seoul Wholesaler Association (SWA) to receive all expired medicine stocks in small packet.
