Local drugmakers urged to be ‘same boat’ over drug price-cut plan

The Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association is considering legal action to prevent the government’s plan slash the price of about half the drugs on the market by an average of 14 percent, which was announced on Feb. 29 by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
