Boryung Pharmaceutical Co., one of Korea's largest pharmaceutical companies, said on July 7 that it has finally selected the brand name of its novel antihypertensive drug as “Kanarb” after a one-month public contest. Kanarb stands for Kahn (emperor) plus ARB.
