The costs that individuals will have to shoulder for treatment of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GISTs) will go down from March 1 thanks to the government’s plan to expand the national health insurance coverage for Glivec, the Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs said recently.
