Roche Korea file suit to nullify price reduction of Rocephin

Roche Korea says filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Family Affairs to nullify the government's decision to lower the insurance price of Rocephin (ceftriaxone), a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, from 15,018 won to 14,484 won per tablet from January this year.
