Right to renew leasing contact from 5 years to 10 years, applicable for private pharmacy owners
A bill was proposed to protect tenants by extending the right to renew leasing contact to 10 years and operating the Leasing Conflict Mediation Committee.
Once the bill passes, pharmacists running their own pharmacy under a lease will be protected by the law.
