Pharmaceutical firms to ban individual support for scientific events

The Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association said on February 26 it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korean Institute of Medicine and the Korean Medical & Scientific Assistance Foundation to prevent pharmaceutical firms from backing individual sponsorship for any scientific congresses or events.
