Ahngook wins lawsuit over amlodipine

Ahngook Pharm has won the right to market its antihypertensive agent, Levotension (amlopipine besylate S), as the Seoul High Court made its ruling on February 12 that Pfizer's amlodipine patent is null and void, upholding a lower court's ruling on May 11, 2007.
