Disease name to be described on prescription sheet.

The KPA suggested to the MOHW that the disease name and prescription remarks for injectable drugs should be written on the prescription sheet. In fact, the prescription format prepared by the MOHW eliminated the code number and name of the disease, which may be unable for pharmacists to provide better instructions for drug administration to patients.
