Health ministry to issue electronic license for medical personnel

Electronic licenses will be soon issued to new doctors and pharmacists who passed the state-run examinations this year, according to the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

The move comes as doctors and pharmacists have been complaining about the prolonged issuance procedure of licenses up to six weeks.
