Ilyang files ilaprazole

Ilyang Pharm has submitted a marketing application of ilaprazole, its new investigational proton pump inhibitor (PPI), to the Korea Food and Drug Administration.

This is the second marketing application for the product following China, and further submissions in other countries are under consideration, the company said on October 30.
