Fair Trade Commission to slap fines on 10 pharmaceutical companies

The Fair Trade Commission (FTC) said on October 25 that 10 pharmaceutical firms have been found to provide hospitals and wholesalers with rebates or donations under various pretexts and that it will slap heavy fines on these companies depending on the seriousness of the violations.
