Types of drug unfair trade practice to specify in provisions.

The KPMA announced on July 30 that a provisional measure would be prepared to eliminate drug unfair trade practices that recently committed by hospitals, drug makers and drug wholesalers in the hospital drug purchasing process, based on the basic principles drafted by the Task Force Team of Drug Fair Trade Commission.
