Zuellig, wholesalers agreed to renegotiate contract
In a meeting on June 27, the Korean Pharmaceutical Wholesalers Association and Zuellig Pharma Korea (ZPK) came to an agreement to re-discuss the terms and conditions of a contract proposed by JPK.
Furthermore, the ZPK accepted the request of wholesalers to reconsider the controversial clause (Article 10) of the Agreement executed between Zuellig Pharma Korea and its associate wholesalers.
