The MOHW earlier planned to establish so called Regional Medical and Pharmacy Separation Councils (RMPSC) at 243 public health centers across the nation in March, but as of March 4 only 89 councils have been organized largely because of a negative attitude responded by the medical community on the government medical and pharmacy separation program.
