Drug industries prefer small drug package of 100 than 30 pills.

The Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (KPMA) conducted a survey after the enforcement of "Regulation pertaining to the small packaged drug supplies" (KFDA Ordinance No. 2006-46) on the subject of small packaged drugs, and found that a majority of drug companies preferred to the small package containing 100 tablets/capsules instead of 30 tab./cap.
