OTC remedies for heat rash and skin softening may be sold at supermarkets.

Non-prescription remedies for heat rash, skin softening, tooth whitening and quit-smoking will be reclassified as a quasi-drug, which may be bought at other stores than pharmacies from June 1 according to the revised provision of regulating quasi-drugs announced on May 31.
