Pfizer Korea to implement a flexible working hour system.
As one of the company employee welfare programs and to improve their quality of lives Pfizer has decided to implement a flexible working hour system from April 9.
Pfizer Korea said on April 9 that this system would provide employees to opt for a flexible working hour from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. or from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., the total 8 hours excluding one hour lunch time.
