Compulsory recall system to be released by 3 grades

Pharmaceutical manufacturers or importers will be obliged to disclose the list of substandard drugs to be recalled by three grades when these are found to be life-threatening or harmful, the Ministry of Health and Welfare said recently.

The health ministry said that the above measure will be legislated after public hearing until April 2.
