Pharmacy dispensing payment in declining trend.

According to the MOHW's statistics over the medical insurance payment for the ambulatory patients by institutes, the dispensing charges per a pharmacy plunged from 1,358 won in Dec. last year to 1,390 won in January, 2.24% down, 1,118 won in Feb., 17.74% down and 1,096 won in March, 19.3% down.
