Generic version of Plavix to be released

Chong Kun Dang Pharmaceutical Co. said recently it received a product license from the Korea Food and Drug Administration over its Prigrel tablet (clopidogrel resignate) using a different salt from Sanifi-Aventis's Plavix (clopidogrel bisulfate).
