Annual medical costs statement to be available in internet

The National Health Insurance Corporation (NHIC) said on January 16 that a total of 77,904 medical institutions nationwide may have their access to its website for inquiry of taxation settlement, where they will have a statement of total medical costs (including medical checkups) paid to them in 2006.

The written statement will be also mailed to non-members of its website, if requested.
