Pharmaceutical affairs law to change

The government will legislate a plan to expand the scope of a drug master file (DMF) system on pharmaceutical bulk materials subject to notification in its bid to ensure better quality and reliance of locally manufactured drugs. Up to now, the DMF system has been confined to some pharmaceutical bulk materials.
