Positive list system may solve cumulative NHI financial problems.

Chief administrator Kim Chang-yeop of the Health Insurance Review Agency (HIRA) said that ever rising trend of the NHI medication expenditures should be curbed in one way or the other under the drug pricing optimizing plan (positive list system) by all means.
