Insurance prices of 1,411 items to be lowed from January 2007

The Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) said on November 17 health insurance prices of 1,411 items will be reduced from January 1st of next year by 17 percent.

According to the MOHW, a total of 5,345 drugs from 205 pharmaceutical firms were subject to re-evaluation this year.
