Rep. Kim Hyo-seok of the Democratic Party said in the parliamentary inspection of the MOHW on Oct. 13 that the PBM system for a way of determining the prescription propriety via computer programs before the pharmacist's dispensing of physician's prescriptions should be adopted as early as possible.
