KFDA to face lawsuit

12 pharmaceutical firms, including Dong-A Pharm and Whanin Pharm, said recently it will file a suit with a Seoul court against the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) for its improper license cancellation of their products involved in generic drugs' efficacy fabrication.
