The Deregulation Council rejected an ordinance bill raised by the KFDA, of regulating the drug industry to obligate a small packaged drug production and supply on the ground of no accordance with the Working Rules of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act after they fully discussed the proposed bill on Sept. 21.
