The KFDA finally determined that the bio equivalency tests for the total 600 drugs including 200 cases with uninterpretable data and 400 cases of no data should be reviewed after consultation with the legal experts, pharmaceutical circles and consumer groups. During the reviewing period, those drugs will be deleted from the approval list.
