Immediate tariff free for 65.9% of drugs under bounded tariff memorandum.

According to the FTA bounded tariff memorandum exchanged between Korea and the U. S. during the 3rd talks, the tariffs for about 65.9% of imported drugs, two third of the total subjected drugs, should be free immediately, indicating that the government failed to analyse enough for the domestic drug industry which was extremely inferior to the U. S.
