Hanmi to withdraw lawsuit against KFDA on Slimmer capsule.

Hanmi earlier applied the health registration of Reductil generic drug called Slimmer capsule, which was a modified salt of sibutramine, a therapy for the treatment of obesity but the KFDA rejected it. Then, Hanmi raised an administrative lawsuit against the KFDA but now filed its withdrawal to the court.
