KFDA mulls appealing court's ruling in bioequivalence testing data forged

The Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) said on June 15 that it is considering appealing the administrative court's ruling in favor of the generic makers in a dispute that a number of domestic bioresearch centers and pharmaceutical schools had been found to have fabricated test results of widely prescribed generic drugs.
