Official land prices of pharmacies dip

The Ministry of Construction and Transportation announced that Gaepoong pharmacy only in Pohang of Kyeongbuk province has one of the most expensive land sites nationwide compared with four pharmacies in 2004 and five pharmacies in 2003, according to its recent official land prices report.

The official price of Gaepoong pharmacy was 36 million won per pyung. One pyong equals 3.3 square meters...
