The KFDA released the investigation report covering that a majority of bio equivalency test institutes committed fraudulent tests on 43 products out of the total 101 investigated drugs. Some of cases were already prosecuted to the public prosecutors office, which may give critical damages to the KFDA, the test institutes and the drug makers.
