The MOHW plans to reshuffle the health and medical service system in which any reasonable financial supports to the medical institutions provided by the pharmaceutical industries in the name of the R&D should be transparent and justifiable through a fair accounting management along with an introduction of incentive plans in short term for such system to be early settled down.
