The revised bill of the enforcement decree of the High Education Act passed through the cabinet meeting led by Prime minister Lee Hae-chan on Jan. 10, covering the 6 year pharmacy school system comprising of an open system under 2 plus 4 year pharmacy major curricula.

Under the new pharmacy school system, those who want to major pharmacy should complete 2 years of college education.
