Health Insurance Policy Review Commission determined in the 19th regular meeting that the time for the medical institutions and pharmacies to charge their night time extra services should be returned to 6 p.m. again from the former 8 p.m, which was originally fixed from July 2002 in view of saving the NHI fund.
