The Korea Pact on Anti-corruption and Transparency (K-PACT) determined "2006 project" in the 2nd representative's meeting at NHIC auditorium on Nov. 17 in addition to other detailed action plans for the environmental changes and improvement of the drug related irregularities and the promotion for a transparent society in the health and medical areas.
