Green Cross created M&A effects on business performances.

Green Cross reported the 2005 business performances up to third quarter on Nov. 10, showing 249.4 billion won of sales, 26.3 billion won of operating incomes, 35 billion won of ordinary income and 22.6 billion won of net incomes, which were 427% (sales), 885% (operating incomes), 2,348% (ordinary incomes) and 1,354% (net incomes) increases respectively.
