The MOHW promulgated the revised working rules of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act as of Oct. 27, reflecting more reinforcement of the registration standards for biological drugs, expansion of the test items for the bio-equivalency, obligation of the self-scrapping of irregular drugs and more supply of small packaged drugs.
