Moksan to acquire Dong-bang for Ginkomin business.

Moksan Pharm. Co., an American company, took over Dong-bang pharmaceutical company through the public auction in Aug. last year, and named Mr. Jeon Jong-yeol as the CEO during the general shareholder's meeting in Sept. last year.
