Minimum cost of living to increase by 4.15% on average next year.

The MOHW announced "the 2006 minimum cost of living" and "the 2006 standards of cash wage" in the Central Living Security Commission's meeting on Aug. 12 to increase 4.15% on average, monthly 418 KW for the household with one family member, about 700 KW for the household with 2 family members and 1,170 KW for the household with 4 family members.
