Novartis and Yuhan disputing on trademark Famvics.

Novartis appealed to the Korea Patent Office on July 1 against the trade market application of Famvics (appl. no. 40-2004-0019914) filed by Yuhan who intended to use Famvics (famciclovir) for the treatment of shingles (Herpes Zoster), which was already in marketplace from Feb. this year.
